Borrowed discipline, not invented discipline

The owner’s-representative role has existed in mainstream construction for decades — the Construction Management Association of America and the American Institute of Architects both have standard models for it. It’s never been applied specifically to wireless infrastructure. This paper is what that discipline looks like once it is.
